First Time Buyer

Details

Buying your first home is exciting but also filled with decisions. We guide you from saving for a deposit through to collecting your keys. You will know your options, understand each step, and feel supported the whole way.

Home Move

Details

Moving house brings both pressure and opportunity. We look at your current mortgage, assess whether to transfer it, increase it, or find a new one, and ensure it fits your changing needs.

Remortgage / Rate Switch

Details

Sometimes the simplest option is to stay with your lender and move onto a new rate. We check whether this is the right choice, compare it to other offers, and manage the switch from start to finish.

Shared Ownership/Right to Buy

Details

Help council and housing association tenants purchase their homes. These mortgages make it easier for eligible tenants to access financing, often with competitive rates, to buy their property and step onto the property ladder.

Poor Credit Mortgages

Details

When your credit record isn’t the best and you’re struggling to find a lender, we can step in so you don’t miss out on your dream home.

Secured Loans (Second Charge)

Details

Second charge borrowing allows homeowners to take out a loan secured against their property in addition to their existing mortgage. It provides access to extra funds for home improvements, debt consolidation, or other personal projects, without remortgaging the entire property.

Retirement Interest Only

Details

RIO mortgages (short for Retirement Interest-Only mortgages) are a type of UK mortgage product designed specifically for older homeowners — typically aged 55 or over — to help them borrow against their property while paying only the interest each month.

Please Note: You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage.
